I’ve done well over a dozen cruises mostly Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Carnival. Was going to bring a kid and they travel free under 12 on MSC. Food excellent, exemplary service from staff, clean rooms and good entertainment. First time cruisers and picked this one as duration was enough as a test run and it was affordable bearing in mind it was half term in UK. Knew it was a big ship but at full capacity the buffet and restaurants struggled at breakfast time. Would have liked better food hygiene measures in the buffet in view of number of children .We found there wasn't enough seating in the bar areas. Entertainment
