I’ve done well over a dozen cruises mostly Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Carnival. Was going to bring a kid and they travel free under 12 on MSC. (Royal says they travel free but the fine print is they travel free only when the kids are in school, does not include holidays, summer vacation…). 1st MSC cruise. Top of the line ship BUT…everything was horrible. The ship layout is complicated. Hard

I read numerous reviews for MSC claiming horrible food, small portions, bad service, etc., but my experience was very good. Food excellent, exemplary service from staff, clean rooms and good entertainment. The only issue was needing to visit customer service several times to get our cruise card adjusted to reflect Aurea package. I can only guess that poor reviews are either to intentionally

First time cruisers and picked this one as duration was enough as a test run and it was affordable bearing in mind it was half term in UK. Knew it was a big ship but at full capacity the buffet and restaurants struggled at breakfast time. Would have liked better food hygiene measures in the buffet in view of number of children .We found there wasn't enough seating in the bar areas. Entertainment

Everything is good until there’s even a slight issue. Both of our ports of interest’s time were cut in half by over 50% due to the captain’s inability to properly arrive on time or adjust to a changing schedule. Guest services were rude beyond belief, and our entire trip was ruined with no time to spend in either Florida nor Nassau.Disembarking was a clown show, with not enough security nor

Simply put, this has been the cruise from hell.It started off fine enough, leaving New York as I see the skyline fade away. I get to have the typically amazing food that is present on all cruise ships. Perfect, this is what I was waiting for. Then I wake up the next morning for a sea day and like most people, the first thing I do is take a shower and the thing is so small that I’m essentially

Ahoy, mateys! Our recent cruise trip to the Bahamas with MSC Cruises was a blast from start to finish. We embarked on our journey at the Brooklyn cruise terminal, and let me tell you, it was smoother than a pirate's freshly polished peg leg! Now, I'll be honest, the Market Buffet on day one was a bit of a madhouse. It felt like the entire ship decided to have a massive food fight! But fear not,

We have completed only 2 previous cruises, this was appalling for a number of reasons ....FoodFood in the restaurant was never hot, always tepid. And the portion sizes were shocking small. This was our first cruise and the last. We went on this cruise for our honeymoon without the kids. I have read a lot of good and bad reviews about the MSC cruises. Please believe them. They are all true. I wish I would have read them prior to booking. Pros The room attendant was excellent. He cleaned our room twice a day. He was in the hallway from the time we woke up till after we went to
