@MatthewFedder @GetSpectrum Oh I thought you meant speed. You’ve never had Comcast have you? Comcast is 10 times worse. Just call every day for a week to complain eventually you’ll get lucky and a decision maker will make you a great deal. Just depends on who you end up getting on the phone.

As if I could use more reasons to not choose @GetSpectrum, they've started sending non-recylable plastic fliers to try to entice me to their service, like a promise of terrible service AND a future in which these goddamn things show up in landfills for millenia. Asshats.

And when you contact customer service they are incredibly nice, but no one can give you an answer for why. They don’t negotiate... it’s not a company
